To create your JoJoPay Account, go to the JoJoPay website and click "Not a member yet? Signup now!" CREATING AN ACCOUNT IS FREE.

Enter your mobile number or email address, and create a password, then click Sign up.

Check your SMS or inbox (depending on whether you signed up with mobile or email) for a message from JoJoPay with your verification code. Enter the verification code, then click Verify.

Complete your profile by entering your alternative contact information (email or mobile), name, address and transaction PIN, then click the "Done" button.

Check your SMS or inbox (depending on whether you used your mobile or email as your alternative contact info) for a message from JoJoPay with your verification code. Enter the verification code, then click Submit.

That's it! You're now officially a JoJoPay member!

To complete your profile information, go to Profile.

Click Edit and fill out the required information such as your title, home phone number, nationality, place of birth, mother’s maiden name, marital status, occupation, nature of work, government ID number, source of funds, and employer name.

Double check your personal information and click ‘Save’ once done.

Verifying your account allows you to access the full suite of features of JoJoPay. To verify your JoJoPay Account, click the Upload to submit your proof of identity documents.

Choose from the drop-down list which proof of identity document/s you want to submit to verify your account.

Key in your ID number accurately.

Click Choose File to locate the copy of the document from your device and click ‘Upload’ to submit.

Click Upload to submit a copy of your identity document.

Your account will be verified within the next 24 - 48 hours upon submission of complete and accurate information and required documents.
Important Note: Once verified, transaction limit for cashing out is Php20,000 daily. If you wish to increase your daily limit, please contact us at support@jojopay.io
Please allow a period of 1 business day or less for our team to review your profile and submitted ID. You will be receiving an email notifying you whether your ID has been ‘Approved’ or ‘Declined’. Should your account remain unverified after 1 business day, contact our support team at support@jojopay.io.

To reset your password, go to login page and click "Forgot Password"?

Input your registered email address or mobile number.

You will receive an email or an SMS containing the temporary password which you can use to access your account and change later.

To change your 2FA Verification, simply login on your JojoPay account and click "2FA Verification" on the side menu.

Choose one from the available options (Email, Mobile, Google Authenticator, and PIN); then click Save.

Confirm update of 2FA Verification settings by entering your password.

A message notification will be displayed on the screen that you have successfully updated your 2FA Verification.

To change Password, simply login on your JoJoPay account and click "Change Password" on the side menu.

Enter current Password once, and desired new Password twice, then click "Change Password".

To change PIN, simply login on your JoJoPay account and click "Change PIN" on the side menu.

Enter current PIN once, and desired new PIN twice, then click "Change Transaction PIN".

A message notification will be displayed on the screen that you have successfully updated your PIN.
In the event you forgot your PIN, click "Forgot PIN". Enter your registered mobile number or email address and you will receive a temporary PIN that you can use to continue logging in. Don't forget to change your PIN in the 2FA Verification settings after.
