  1. To create your JoJoPay Account, go to the JoJoPay website and click "Not a member yet? Signup now!" CREATING AN ACCOUNT IS FREE.
  2. Enter your mobile number or email address, and create a password, then click Sign up.
  3. Check your SMS or inbox (depending on whether you signed up with mobile or email) for a message from JoJoPay with your verification code. Enter the verification code, then click Verify.
  4. Complete your profile by entering your alternative contact information (email or mobile), name, address and transaction PIN, then click the "Done" button.
  5. Check your SMS or inbox (depending on whether you used your mobile or email as your alternative contact info) for a message from JoJoPay with your verification code. Enter the verification code, then click Submit.
  6. That's it! You're now officially a JoJoPay member!
  1. To complete your profile information, go to Profile.
  2. Click Edit and fill out the required information such as your title, home phone number, nationality, place of birth, mother’s maiden name, marital status, occupation, nature of work, government ID number, source of funds, and employer name.
  3. Double check your personal information and click ‘Save’ once done.
  1. Verifying your account allows you to access the full suite of features of JoJoPay. To verify your JoJoPay Account, click the Upload to submit your proof of identity documents.
  2. Choose from the drop-down list which proof of identity document/s you want to submit to verify your account.

  4. Key in your ID number accurately.
  5. Click Choose File to locate the copy of the document from your device and click ‘Upload’ to submit.
  6. Click Upload to submit a copy of your identity document.
  7. Your account will be verified within the next 24 - 48 hours upon submission of complete and accurate information and required documents.

Important Note: Once verified, transaction limit for cashing out is Php20,000 daily. If you wish to increase your daily limit, please contact us at support@jojopay.io

Please allow a period of 1 business day or less for our team to review your profile and submitted ID. You will be receiving an email notifying you whether your ID has been ‘Approved’ or ‘Declined’. Should your account remain unverified after 1 business day, contact our support team at support@jojopay.io.

  1. To reset your password, go to login page and click "Forgot Password"?
  2. Input your registered email address or mobile number.
  3. You will receive an email or an SMS containing the temporary password which you can use to access your account and change later.
  1. To change your 2FA Verification, simply login on your JojoPay account and click "2FA Verification" on the side menu.
  2. Choose one from the available options (Email, Mobile, Google Authenticator, and PIN); then click Save.
  3. Confirm update of 2FA Verification settings by entering your password.
  4. A message notification will be displayed on the screen that you have successfully updated your 2FA Verification.
  1. To change Password, simply login on your JoJoPay account and click "Change Password" on the side menu.
  2. Enter current Password once, and desired new Password twice, then click "Change Password".

  2. Enter current PIN once, and desired new PIN twice, then click "Change Transaction PIN".

In the event you forgot your PIN, click "Forgot PIN". Enter your registered mobile number or email address and you will receive a temporary PIN that you can use to continue logging in. Don't forget to change your PIN in the 2FA Verification settings after.

  4. You will see the basic information (name, email, and mobile number) of your JoJoPay contact on the list of contacts on your main screen.

  2. Your Available Balance, Pending Balance, and Rewards Earned will be displayed at the top of your Transaction History screen.

The main section of your Transaction History screen will display the details of all the transactions made on your JoJoPay account including the transaction date, reference number, description, amount debited (if applicable), amount credited (if applicable), and updated balance after the transaction.

Send Money

You can send money to other JoJoPay users instantly. Sending to other JoJoPay users is FREE.

  1. Click on the "Send" icon on the dashboard and choose the "Send to Contact" option.
  2. Choose from your contacts list by clicking on the "Choose a Recipient" drop-down or add a new JoJoPay contact by clicking on the "Add" button.
  3. Choose from the list of supported currencies you wish to make your transaction in by clicking on the currency drop-down list.
  4. Enter the amount you want to send to your send to your JoJoPay contact.
  5. You may enter optional message on the provided text box.
  6. Double check the information you have entered and click "Send" to complete the transaction.

You can withdraw funds to a bank account via PESONet or instaPAY. Go to "Send" and click "PESONet" or "instaPAY" . Fill out the required fields and confirm the details. Please be advised that instaPAY transfers are instant while PESONet transfers are credited the next day.


You can cash in through various ways, whichever is easiest and most convenient for you: Web Banking, Over-the-Counter, International Channels, GCash, Paypal, or Gift Code.

You may cash in via Online banking or other payment centers.

You may deposit via wire transfer to our various bank accounts. Just email us your deposit slip and your funds will be credited to your account almost instantly.

You may Cash in via PNB Remit through their overseas branches and CashU in the Middle East. Please see our Pricing page for transaction fees.

Click "Deposit" and select GCash and you will be redirected to your GCash account. Please see our Pricing page for transaction fees.

Click ‘Deposit’ and select ‘PayPal’. You will be redirected to your PayPal account. Please see our Pricing page for transaction fees.

Gift codes are available under “JoJo Services”. To send a gift code, click ‘Buy Gift Code’ and select your preferred denomination. Enter your recipient’s email address or choose from your contacts. Confirm the transaction.

To redeem a Gift Code, log into your JoJoPay account and click ‘Redeem’ on the side menu. Enter the 15-digit keycode found at the back of the card, confirm, and the amount will automatically be credited to your account.

Prepaid VISA Debit Card

Sign up to JoJoPay and get verified. Once verified, load your account and click 'Request VISA'. Please see our Pricing page for card fees and other transaction fees.

The process will take 7-10 business days. You will receive an email notification when it is on the way to your delivery address.

You will receive an email on how to activate your card.

  1. Once your Prepaid Card is ready (delivered or pickup by you), you will receive an email containing the activation key.
  2. Login to your JoJoPay account and click ‘Activate VISA Card’.
  3. Enter the card number found on your physical card and the activation key sent to your email, then click ‘Activate Card'.
  4. Once successfully updated, the last 4 digits of the card will be displayed on your dashboard.
  5. You can load your card and use it to shop in-store or online.

Load your card to use it to shop in-store or online anywhere VISA is accepted worldwide. A card loading fee of PHP 10 applies.

  1. On your dashboard, click the VISA Card and make sure you have enough funds to load your card.
  2. Enter desired amount to load, then click ‘Load Card’.
  3. Review load details and click ‘Confirm’.
  4. You will see a Successfully Processed notification on screen. You will also receive an SMS and email confirmation that you have successfully funded your VISA Prepaid Card.


Instantly pay your bills via your JoJoPay account balance or via your credit or debit card or via your Paypal account.

  1. On your dashboard, go to 'Payment'.
  2. Select ‘Load Card’from the drop-down categories
  3. Enter required details. Include an optional message if you wish.
  4. Select ‘Pay’ or ‘Pay with Credit / Debit Card’ to proceed. Review payment details and confirm to complete the transaction.

Yes, you can pay your bills using your credit card. For security reasons, your profile name should match the Cardholder name to continue.

Enjoy other value add features such as buying prepaid load, reloading your RFID, or accessing your JoJoCare account

Go to JoJo Services, click 'Buy Prepaid Load'. Enter your mobile number and choose your network. You can use your JoJoPay balance, credit/debit card, or Paypal to pay.

You can load your RFID by logging into your JoJoPay account. Go to ‘JoJo Services’ and click ‘Load RFID’. Enter the amount you wish to load, fill in the required details including the Plate No. or Account No., and confirm the transaction.
